From May 12 through May 18, 2014, we are asking bartenders worldwide to donate their tips for a good cause.
This is the second annual drive to raise money to help provide clean water to needy people worldwide. Last year we raised a whopping $40,000.
This year we’re looking to see if we can get that figure up to $100,000.
And if that goal is met, gaz regan is going to shave his head. Honest.
Together they plan to prove that bartenders can change the world. Donations will go straight to Wine to Water, which will use 100% of the money to bring clean water to needy people worldwide.
Check out the Bartender Guide.
Commit to donate your tips from just one shift during the week of the event; fill out the form on this page, then after you’ve worked the shift, come back here, and donate your tips using PayPal or a credit card.
Look up the bars and bartenders participating in your town or city! Show up on the right night, and TIP BIG!
Together, let’s show the world that bartenders can make a huge difference.
If you or your company would like to help sponsor this event, please let us know by writing to gaz and we’ll let you know what opportunities we have for you. Just know that 100% of any money you’re able to donate will go directly to Wine to WaterWine To Water is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by Doc Hendley, a bartender, that provides clean water to needy people worldwide. (and that money is tax deductible, too).

Great compassion is the root of altruistic action. It really is a source of wonder. There is no greater source of help and happiness. The capacity to devote yourself to the welfare of others yields otherwise unobtainable power and potential for good. Generate great compassion and you become a friend of the world and a companion of the warm-hearted.
